• Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (Please drop us an E-mail so we can let you know our returns address)and credit you the postage fees, if the goods are damaged or faulty.

• For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings.

• We are able to send out replacement items if we have stock of the faulty item. We will issue you with a refund, or a replacement within 5 working days.

• We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.

• Returns are sent at your own expense, unless the item faulty.
